RETURNS & REFUNDS
We take great pride in selecting the finest products available. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your non-perishable purchase, you may return it for replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot send a replacement or refund for the purchase until we have received the product in its original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please wrap the package well, include a copy of the packing slip (we cannot process your return without it), and ship it to us at the address below. Please be sure to ship your item by an insured, traceable method via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another carrier.

Your refund will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was made. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

We do not accept returned items that were purchased in our retail location, nor will our retail location accept returned items purchased from our website.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items.
We will however gladly send a free replacement if you provide photo documentation showing the product was damaged or spoiled during shipping or delivery within 24 hours of receipt. For perishable shipments, please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. We will do everything possible to ensure successful delivery but cannot be responsible for damaged or spoiled product due to the following:
